ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. The opportunity to own and build my own business is what initially attracted me to becoming a State Farm agent, and I've enjoyed creating an agency centered around strong relationships and providing real value to our customers. Outside of work, I'm married with two children.

Supporting our local community is important to us. Our agency contributes to local golf outings and sponsors area sports teams, giving us opportunities to support the organizations and families around us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Jeff Barrett - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
