Executive Assistant/Studio Manager

We\'re Hiring: Studio Manager / Executive Assistant We are a boutique high-end residential interior design firm in Marin County with a loyal roster of clients who refer us, come back to us, and trust us with their most personal spaces. Our team is genuinely collaborative - we work hard, we support each other, and we have a lot of fun doing it. If you have ever wanted to be the operational backbone of a creative studio this is the role. We are looking for a Studio Manager / Executive Assistant who is equal parts detail-obsessed and people-oriented. Someone who catches things before they become problems, closes loops without being reminded, and genuinely enjoys making a high-performing team run without friction. You will own: Strategic calendar and schedule management for the Principal Studio operations, light HR, and people coordination Client communications and inbox management Financial and administrative workflows - proactively Personal assistant support for the Principal You are: Exceptionally detail-oriented - errors don\'t get past you Proactive by nature - you initiate, you anticipate, you follow through Discreet, calm, and unflappable under pressure An excellent communicator in writing and in person Experienced in a fast-moving creative, luxury, or professional services environment Someone who takes genuine pride in the work behind the work This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of everything we do.
