As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Thornton, CO at the 98th & Grant branch. Job Description Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing. Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, positioning PNC solutions for new revenue and loyalty. Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet by connecting with customers in the lobby and educating them on PNC products and services. Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring branch operations are efficient and accurate. Essential Skills & Qualities Customer focused: Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs with business decisions. Risk management: Assess and manage risks to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Accountability, banking, customer experience, sales, technology, proactive sales, problem solving. Qualifications Associates or equivalent degree with relevant experience or product knowledge; typically 3+ years. Military service may be considered. No degree or required certification/license stated. Background checks per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salary may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
