Finance Manager

An opportunity to join a growing business which has recently completed an expansion into a number of new markets which has resulted in the need to appoint an experienced Finance Manager. You will be expected to work with divisional leaders and begin providing detailed commercial support to help facilitate growth targets. Reporting into the CFO, you will oversee an established team and main responsibilities will include; Oversee the production of group and divisional management account packs Develop KPIs, along with senior leadership, designed to provide commercial insight to business performance and guide decision making Perform an deep dive on existing controls and procedures, ensuring best practice is understood and adhered to Provide hands on management of a team of 5 Hands on cash flow management for the group entities Ownership of the balance sheet & introduction of regular P&L reviews Management of all HMRC/tax queries as well as main POC for external auditors Candidate profile. Ideally suited to an experienced Finance Manager, this is a hands on role with a profitable privately owned business.
