Heavy Equipment Technician Lead

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on intermodal heavy equipment in a
fast-paced outdoor environment. Read electrical and hydraulic schematics
* Repair and maintain heavy equipment
* Perform detailed equipment inspections and preventative maintenance following
Responds to any customer related equipment requests
* Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations,
policies and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries.
* Assist in delivering required training to ensure that all co-workers have the

* Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
* Willing to work outdoors in all weather and around loud machinery
* Experience in administrative support or operations coordination * Strong organization and time management * Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management software * Customer-focused with effective problem-solving skills to support facility
operations Experience with scheduling, work order management, or technician dispatching
