El candidato ideal será responsable de configurar, operar y dar mantenimiento a máquinas CNC para producir piezas de alta calidad conforme a las especificaciones. Este puesto requiere atención al detalle, aptitud mecánica y la capacidad de trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno de ritmo acelerado. Responsabilidades principales Configurar y operar máquinas CNC, incluyendo fresadoras y tornos. Leer e interpretar planos, dibujos de ingeniería y órdenes de trabajo. Cargar materia prima y supervisar el funcionamiento de las máquinas para garantizar la calidad y eficiencia. Realizar mantenimiento rutinario y solución de problemas en el equipo CNC. Inspeccionar los productos terminados para verificar su precisión y cumplimiento con las especificaciones, utilizando instrumentos de medición de precisión. Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro conforme a las normas de seguridad de la empresa y de OSHA. Documentar los datos de producción y mantener registros precisos. Colaborar con los compañeros de equipo y supervisores para alcanzar las metas de producción. Diploma de preparatoria (high school) o equivalente. Experiencia comprobada como Operador de CNC o en un puesto similar. Capacidad para leer e interpretar documentos técnicos y planos. Familiaridad con la programación de CNC y la operación de máquinas. Sólida aptitud mecánica y habilidades para resolver problemas. Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo. Buenas habilidades de comunicación. Entorno de trabajo Este puesto se desempeña en una planta de manufactura en Elk Grove Village, IL.
