About the Role:
CardioClinic in Richmond, TX is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our healthcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in patient experience while working alongside dedicated medical professionals in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information in the EMR system, ECW experience a bonus
• Answer and route incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries promptly
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Ensure front desk area is organized, stocked, and HIPAA compliant at all times

Requirements:

• Prior front desk or administrative experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical scheduling software
• Knowledge of insurance verification and basic medical billing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical administrative certification a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
