Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant (Bilingual Spanish)

Job Summary Responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on Comcast products and services. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Location: Joliet, IL (2802 Plainfield Rd). Core Responsibilities Represent products and services, demonstrating full capabilities to maximize customer experience. Provide product demonstrations and educate customers. Listen to and evaluate customer needs; provide appropriate solutions. Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives. Perform comprehensive customer onboarding and ensure customers understand all products/services. Conduct operational and administrative tasks and comply with all company policies and procedures. Partner with customer care to resolve issues. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a warm, friendly demeanor. Participate in training, huddles, and learning sessions. Other Requirements Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime; ability to work variable schedules and possibly alternate stores. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2–5 years of relevant work experience. Bilingual (Spanish and English) fluency. Compensation and Benefits Base pay: $17.00 per hour. Total target compensation (base pay plus commission): $24.69 per hour.
