Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

About the Role:  Use the flat-top grill, char broiler, and fryer to cook menu items, preparing and plating dishes quickly with proper portioning, presentation, and consistency; follow recipes, assist with additional duties, and keep up with the pace of service.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Prepare food according to meal schedules
2. Learn and follow the menu, kitchen abbreviations, plating standards, and portion sizes
3. Follow standard recipes and accommodate special diet orders
4. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
5. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and food production guidelines
6. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
7. Perform established temperature checks

Skills You’ll Bring

1. Experience with kitchen equipment and basic cooking skills
2. Strong accuracy and attention to detail
3. Ability to learn and memorize quickly
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
5. Team-oriented and reliable
6. Breakfast experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Grill experience is preferred.

Job Type

1. Full-time or part-time (typically 25–30 hours per week)
2. No Sunday shifts
3. Rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
4. On-the-job training provided
