Automotive General Manager

Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking to hire an Automotive General Manager to run our operations! You will be responsible for overseeing all Sales and Wholesale vehicle activities. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all the vehicle sales activities Initiate and oversee the entire wholesale vehicle acquisition process Develop, acquire, and utilize all tools necessary, including digital, to drive business Analyze metrics and results to identify areas of improvement Develop and execute innovative sales and vehicle acquisition strategies Qualifications: Five years preferred in vehicle sales. Knowledge and experience with wholesale vehicle acquisitions preferred Organized, self-motivated and directed, and eager to earn and grow the business independently Familiarity with CRM and DMS platforms Strong leadership qualities Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients Company Description As owner of this company, I have over 30 years experience in automotive finance, sales, and vehicle acquisition and customer service. I am looking for someone to take over the company owned vehicle lot and run it as their own operation, independently and with a self-directed and self-starter approach and mindset.
