Brightstar Care of Valparaiso is currently seeking responsible and caring HOME HEALTH AIDES to service a client in the North Judson IN area. If you are looking to make a difference in someone's life, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities
- Helping with various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs, up to and including assistance with bathing and toileting, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
- Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, outdoor activities, and running errands/shopping
- Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior caregiving or health care experience strongly preferred
