Salary: $20/hour + Quartterly performance bonuses
Were hiring a Salon Reception & Sales Manager for our luxury salon in Cornelius, NC.
This is not a traditional front desk position. Were looking for someone organized, confident with people, and strong at communication who can help support the guest experience and keep the salon running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Managing appointment flow and filling schedule gaps
Supporting guests from consultation through checkout
Assisting with rebooking and retail conversations
Communicating with guests by phone, text, and email
Supporting stylists and daily salon operations
What Were Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Hospitality, salon, retail, or scheduling experience is a plus
Position Details
Approximately 32+ hours per week
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
On-site in Cornelius, NC
$20/hour plus quarterly performance bonuses
