Manufacturing Process Engineer

Rincon Power, LLC is an energetic start‑up in Carpinteria, CA. We launched a line of high‑performance electrical switching devices in October 2021 and are now seeking a detail‑oriented, motivated, dynamic Senior Manufacturing Engineer to expand our product line. As a member of the Rincon Power family, you will help build not only new products but a growing company, contributing to continuous improvement and product development within a flexible full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday. Responsibilities Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems. Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement process control plans to ensure quality standards are met. Develop and implement cost reduction strategies. Lead the development of new products and processes. Diagnose, troubleshoot, sustain, and improve existing processes and equipment. Train and mentor junior engineers. Qualifications and Skills Strong analytical skills. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Initiative and self‑motivation. Relevant technological knowledge. Leadership and independent work ability. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Education and Experience Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering discipline. Experience using SolidWorks 3D software.
