Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Previous Home Health experience

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Home Health

Schedule: Monday to Friday; clinicians can arrange their own schedules as long as it makes sense and the patient is agreeable

Coverage: Bloomington/Bedford area
