Senior Data Analyst

Job Overview We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Direct Care Financial Management (DCFM) by delivering high-quality financial database management, reporting, and business intelligence analysis. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to quickly respond to ad hoc data requests while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate data analysis and reporting efforts within DCFM, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery. Manage and mentor analysts supporting database and reporting initiatives. Handle ad hoc data requests, building quick-turn analyses and visualizations for decision-makers. Develop, maintain, and enhance databases to meet evolving reporting requirements. Extract and analyze data from financial systems (e.g., GFEBS) to support briefings, audits, and strategic decisions. Coordinate and track data calls across teams and leadership groups. Prepare financial and accounting system reports to support executive decision-making. Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Perform other duties as assigned.
