ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm Agent here in South Lyon since 2001, and my roots in this community run deep. I’m an active Chamber of Commerce member, a youth hockey coach, and a familiar face at local events. As a Michigan Tech graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a problem-solving mindset to the way we serve our customers and support our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Aaron Daavettila - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
