24/7 Truck Dispatch & Repairs Specialist

MHC

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC in the Kansas City area is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound emergency and service calls and schedule repairs in a 24/7 environment. You will coordinate with customers and drivers to ensure repairs are prioritized and completed promptly. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking ability, and a willingness to work night and weekend shifts while documenting every event in our CRM and dispatch systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr MHC
