What You’ll Be Doing Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Work the line efficiently during high-volume service Set up and break down your station properly each shift Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service Assist with prep, stocking, and cleaning as needed Step in to support the team wherever needed because teamwork makes the dream crust What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-first mindset and positive attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment as needed Line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
