Emergency Medicine Physician

Coastal North Carolina facility seeking a Emergency Medicine Physician to join an established, 35-year-old democratic group, with a diverse multi-site footprint in coastal North Carolina.

Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts are available.

Four Sites:

• $240 per hour daytime / $270 per hour nights
• RVU bonus: $15$20/hour (Increasing to $30$50/hour)
• Annual ED Volume ranging from 21,000 to 90,000+
• 8 Hour & 12 Hour Shifts
• Daily Physician Coverage (72 Hours, 25 Hours, 30 Hours, 10 Hours)
• APP Coverage Varies (50 Hours, 16 Hours, 30 Hours, 10 Hours)
• Average 2.2, 1.9, 1.8, 1.5 patients per hour site specific
• EMR system: Epic (w/ Dragon Copilot AI documentation)
