Network Operations Center Team Lead
Location: Wayne, PA / Charlotte, NC --Hybrid- (3 days a week on site)
Schedule: 6+Months Contract to Perm Hire
Pay rate- $65-70/hr on W2
Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operational support across all network technologies
- Mentor, coach, and quality-check S1 analysts
- Provide feedback on communication quality, troubleshooting approach, and ticket handling
- Serve as first point of escalation before issues reach S3
- Partner with management on performance assessment and development of junior staff
Skill & Experience Profile
- Broad, well-rounded operational network background
- Strong technical depth plus high emotional intelligence and leadership presence
- Comfortable coaching others and delivering constructive feedback
- Communication skills are critical—this role interfaces frequently with leadership
- Covers all technologies supported by the NOC
- On-call rotation applies
