Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30).

Assignment Details: Contract length is 14 weeks with a patient ratio of 1:4.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience required.
• At least 1 year of travel experience required.
• Oncology experience is preferred, but not required.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS.
• Proficient in IV starts and experience with telemetry monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions during treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in EMR systems.
