Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor

As RN Clinical Supervisor with Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City, you'll be the clinical backbone connecting our field staff, our patients, and our leadership team, making sure every patient gets the right care at the right time, no matter which service line they're on. Schedule you can count on This is a full time leadership role based out of our Oklahoma City office, with occasional administrative on-call coverage shared among the clinical leadership team to support field staff after hours. What you'll earn Stay Pay, a $100 bonus for each year of service Weekly pay every Friday What you'll enjoy Health and dental coverage Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) with company match Company paid life insurance Short and long term disability Paid mileage or company vehicle Recognition program with monthly drawings and prizes for staff shout-outs What you'll do Supervise and support field clinicians across both home health and hospice, including RNs, LPNs, and aides Conduct supervisory visits, chart audits, and competency evaluations to ensure quality and compliance Serve as a clinical resource for staff navigating complex patient situations in either service line Partner with the Director of Nursing on scheduling, caseload balance, and staff development Support onboarding and ongoing education for new and existing clinical staff Help ensure survey readiness and adherence to state and federal home health and hospice regulations Step in on patient visits when needed to support the team What we're looking for Active RN license in Oklahoma Experience in both home health and hospice strongly preferred Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a home care setting Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across two service lines A leadership style that's supportive, hands-on, and grounded in patient advocacy Ready to lead a team that leads with heart?
