What You’ll Do :
As a Burn Booth Operator, you’ll play a vital role in our cleaning, burning, and reclaim operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and finishing castings using advanced tools and techniques.
- Operating forklifts, cranes, and other industrial equipment.
- Following detailed instructions to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Contributing to a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborating with the team to meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For :
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Prior foundry or industrial work experience is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, forklifts, cranes, and other industrial equipment.
- Physical Fitness: Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Safety Mindset: Commitment to wearing protective gear, including respirators, and adhering to safety protocols.
