Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting

• Implement individualized treatment plans and skill acquisition programs designed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect accurate, consistent data and complete session documentation in a timely

manner

• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support client progress

• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive therapeutic environment during all sessions

• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines, ABA Journey policies, and HIPAA requirements

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $21.60 – $26.10/hour (in-clinic rate)

• Pay advances automatically each year – no performance review or negotiation required

• Shifts: Based on clinic hours and client scheduling needs

• Location: Stockbridge, Georgia

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism is a plus

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-first attitude

• Physical ability to engage actively in clinic-based sessions (kneeling, moving quickly, etc.)
