Description

American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with ARRT-T certification and 2+ years of experience for an outpatient cancer clinic utilizing Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerators.

Details

• Outpatient ambulatory cancer clinic setting
• Treats approximately 60-100 patients per day across 3 machines
• 8-hour day shift schedule from 0800-1700, 40 hours per week
• Weekend rotations possible but unlikely
• Weekend on-call rotated amongst the entire team based on staffing needs
• Potential floating to other Radiation Therapy sites in the greater Charlotte area
• Uses EPIC/Aria for electronic medical records
• Approximately 12 therapists working per shift

Requirements

• BLS certification required
• ARRT-T (Radiotherapy Technologist) certification required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Proficiency and extensive experience with Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerators required
• Experience with various cancer diagnoses required
• EPIC/Aria EMR experience required
• Last 4 digits of SSN and full DOB required for consideration
• Minimum 1 professional reference dated within the last year from a Supervisor, Manager, or Director

• Returning employees must be separated from any AHSE facility for at least 1 year after working a permanent position
