Hybrid Assistant Dean, Faculty Affairs & Strategy

SLAC invites applications for the Assistant Dean for Faculty Affairs in the School of Humanities and Sciences. Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Finance and Administration, with a dotted line to the Dean, this exempt, continuing position oversees faculty affairs operations for ~600 faculty and related titles.

Key duties include strategic leadership of faculty affairs, managing appointments, reappointments and promotions, leaves, recall and departure procedures; policy guidance; and
