What You'll Do
- Prepare concrete surfaces using grinding equipment and specialized preparation tools
- Repair cracks and surface imperfections prior to coating application
- Mix and install epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, and other premium coating systems
- Broadcast decorative flake and apply protective topcoats according to company standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Operate company vehicles, trailers, and equipment responsibly
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial clients
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Assist with loading materials, equipment maintenance, and shop organization
- Deliver a finished product that exceeds customer expectations

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, kneeling, lifting, crouching, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying South Carolina weather conditions
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Occasional weather-related adjustments
- In-person work
