Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Home Health

BrightStar Care of Lubbock is hiring Pediatric LVNs to provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes. If you’re looking for meaningful patient relationships and a supportive team, this may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in the home
• Follow the patient’s plan of care
• Assist with medications and daily care needs
• Monitor the patient and report changes in condition
• Communicate with the patient’s family and care team
• Complete required documentation

Pay & Schedule

• $20–$26 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay
• Day and night shifts available
• Night differential for 7 PM–7 AM shifts
• Lubbock, TX

What You’ll Need

• Active, unrestricted Texas LVN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Pediatric, home health, or private duty experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
• Compassionate and dependable approach to patient care
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
