Lead Patient Admissions Coordinator - Full Time, Evening Shift, On Site

This individual is responsible for the day-to-day staff management, identification of issues with resolution, and staff quality/productivity measures. This position is responsible for promoting a positive patient experience and ensuring patient satisfaction.

This position works Monday through Friday, from 3:30pm to 12:00pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration, or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
• Upon hire: Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
• 6 months of Familiarity with basic financial clearance functions.
• 3 years of Supervisory experience in outpatient registration or related experience in healthcare setting.
• 1 year of Knowledge of Epic applications.
• 6 months of Coursework in subjects such as team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution, etc.
• Experience with MEDITECH system.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
