Inside Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join Senske Family of Companies (SFC). This role is primarily responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and customer outreach in a fast-paced sales environment. Success in this position is driven by proactive outbound sales activity, strong communication skills, and the ability to build customer relationships. Inbound leads may also be provided. RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate new business through outbound calling, prospecting, and lead follow-up. Manage inbound sales opportunities and convert inquiries into customers. Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value-based solutions. Meet and exceed sales goals, activity metrics, and conversion targets. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up. Accurately document customer interactions and opportunities within the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service while addressing customer questions and concerns. Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales performance and customer experience. Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing professional development. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous sales experience required; outbound sales experience preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, KPI-driven environment. Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience.
