Now Hiring Compassionate Spanish-Speaking Caregivers!

Do you have a passion for helping seniors remain safe and independent in their own homes? We are seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) caregivers to join our growing team and provide exceptional in-home care throughout Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties .

Because we serve a large Spanish-speaking population, Spanish-speaking caregivers are highly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

Depending on the participant's needs, responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Providing a safe, caring, and respectful environment

Preferred Availability

Most participant schedules require caregivers who are available during one or both of the following timeframes:

• Morning: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Participants receiving light housekeeping and laundry services are typically scheduled late afternoon and evening hours , making these shifts ideal for caregivers seeking evening work.

Service Areas

We are currently hiring caregivers who can work in one or more of the following counties:

• Orange County
• Osceola County
• Seminole County

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required
• CNA or HHA experience preferred (depending on state requirements)
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass required background screening
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
