Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet residents, patients, visitors, and guests
- Schedule appointments as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff
- Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills required
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
