Family Practice - With OB Physician

As the examining provider, you will conduct physical examinations and functional assessments focused primarily on evaluating a claimant's physical function, mobility, and range of motion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical examinations using a structured, standardized template within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Perform objective assessments to assist the State of Wisconsin in evaluating eligibility for government employment.
• Accurately document examination findings in a clear, thorough, and professional manner.
• Maintain impartiality and provide objective clinical observations based solely on examination findings.
