This role requires impeccable customer service skills with strength in sales and work ethic. They will need to coach, mentor and hire our future spa professionals. Spa experience is not necessary nor recommended to apply for this role.

Job Description: Assistant Manager looking to grow with the brand impeccable customer service and sales experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent customer experience to all clients through the answering of phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients and membership sales and management
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Spa
• Manage and drive spa sales performance
• Assist in developing talented spa professionals
• Membership education and sales - including sales goals and incentives
• Passionately promote products and services
• Ability to work a flexible schedule. (Shifts are 8-4 and 2-10)
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Fast learner and tech savvy
• Comfortable in a fast paced work environment. We are a small location but high volume
• Create marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits
• Perform data analysis that drives business decisions and success
• Use sound judgment, work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Plan and direct to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises
• Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Motivates and empowers the team to achieve high standards.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
