Project Engineering Manager – Water Treatment Houston, TX | Full-Time | On-Site About the Opportunity Our client is a globally recognized leader in advanced industrial water treatment - specializing in water reuse, Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and Minimum Liquid Discharge (MLD). With global operations and over 1,000 employees worldwide, they are growing their US engineering team and looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join their Houston office. What You'll Do Lead engineering and design execution for water and wastewater treatment projects across global markets Supervise P&IDs, basic and detailed engineering/design based on customer specifications Manage third-party design firms and 3D modelling companies Oversee equipment sizing, piping schedules, valve lists, datasheets, and operating manuals Conduct technical reviews of quotations, fabrication drawings, and vendor packages Coordinate cross-functional interface within the project team and with a Global Engineering Center Liaise directly with clients on technical matters, design direction, and project reviews Support commissioning activities and manage warranty claims from a technical standpoint Mentor junior engineering staff and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team What We're Looking For BS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering 15+ years of experience in water, wastewater, or process industries 10+ years managing cross-functional engineering teams Hands-on experience with skid-based, modular, or stick-built treatment systems Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling tools Familiarity with API, ASME, AWS, NACE, and AWWA codes Experience working in multicultural or international project environments Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
