We are looking for a dependable, organized, and caring Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team! Our ideal candidate takes pride in providing excellent patient care, anticipates the doctor’s needs, and helps keep the day running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures within your authorized scope of practice.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for scheduled appointments.
• Review charts before appointments and identify missing information.
• Take dental X-rays as authorized and directed.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control procedures.
• Accurately document treatment and update patient records as directed.
• Help patients feel comfortable and provide instructions as directed by the dentist.
• Monitor supplies and communicate ordering needs.
• Participate in morning huddles and coordinate with the front office.
• Keep the back office clean, organized, and ready for patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RDA credential valid in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Professional, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy schedule while maintaining quality patient care.
• Dental software experience preferred (Dentrix).
• Previous dental assisting experience required.
