Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Plantation, Florida . The ideal candidate will help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and achieve rehabilitation goals through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based therapy practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous rehabilitation experience preferred.
