About the Position
Company Driver [Solo-OTR - W2 Position]

- Solo OTR, All 48 States - No NYC forced dispatch
- Earn up to 60 CPM based on application
- 2,700 – 3,300 average weekly miles
- Breakdown/Layover: $100 per day (after 24 hrs)
- Detention: $15 per hour (after 2–3 hrs)
- Stop Pay: $30–$50 per leg
- Referral Bonus: $300/month for up to 6 months
- Performance Bonuses including Driver of the Month and Clean Inspections
- Pet(dog) & Rider friendly
- Full benefits (after 30 days)
- Modern Fleet: Kenworths, Freightliners, & Internationals governed at 70MPH

Requirements
- Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A)
- Must have a valid CDL-A
- Must have a valid DOT medical card
- SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
- Must be able to pass a road test
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
