ServiceNow ITSM Functional Consultant

De afdeling van de Belgische federale overheidsdienst Binnenlandse Zaken is op zoek naar een ServiceNow ITSM Functional Consultant om de implementatie, configuratie en continue verbetering van het ServiceNow platform te ondersteunen. De consultant fungeert als de belangrijkste interface tussen business en IT, en zorgt voor afstemming met de bedrijfsbehoeften en ITIL best practices. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden Verzamelen en analyseren van functionele vereisten met betrekking tot ITSM-processen Configureren en aanpassen van ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB) Vertalen van bedrijfsbehoeften naar functionele en technische specificaties Ontwerpen en ondersteunen van workflows, business rules en UI policies Ondersteunen van integraties (LDAP, SSO, REST/SOAP APIs) Zorgen voor kwaliteit, documentatie en onderhoud van oplossingen Geven van training en ondersteunen van change management Monitoren van adoptie en voorstellen van continue verbeteringen in lijn met ITIL Vereiste technische vaardigheden Sterke kennis van ITIL-processen (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) Begrip van CMDB-concepten Ervaring met integraties (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO) Methodevaardigheden Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met het verzamelen van vereisten Ervaring met ITIL v3/v4 omgevingen Vermogen om de kloof tussen business en technische stakeholders te overbruggen Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in ServiceNow en ITSM-omgevingen. Vloeiend Nederlands of Frans, actieve kennis van Engels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
