Assistant Property Manager

Assist with daily on-site operations, including leasing activities, maintenance coordination, administrative support, bookkeeping, and collections.

This position is responsible for assisting the property manager in the overall operations of the community, development of the team, and maintaining community compliance with all policies, procedures, and internal quality control standards. Through dynamic leadership you will be tasked with creating extraordinary experiences for customers and team members.

JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively lead, coach, and motivate High-level critical thinking skills Knowledge of current applicable laws Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Adaptability and flexibility in fast paced environments Aptitude with Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with Yardi software products a plus What's required from you: Graduation from The Southern Difference Institute or equivalent combination of education and property management experience Three years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or real estate Pay Rate: $45,383 - $61,459 Summary of Benefits: Your wages are only part of the employment equation.
