We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support property transactions in Savannah, Georgia. This role focuses on preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating closing activities, and helping ensure each file moves efficiently from contract through completion. The ideal candidate brings practical knowledge of real estate matters, title-related documentation, and closing procedures, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal and transactional documents related to commercial real estate matters from opening through closing.

• Review contracts, title materials, and supporting records to help identify missing information and keep files compliant and complete.

• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, buyers, sellers, and other parties to facilitate timely closings.

• Draft and assemble closing packages, settlement-related paperwork, and other transaction documents with careful attention to detail.

• Track deadlines, contingencies, and required deliverables to support smooth progress on active real estate files.

• Conduct follow-up communication with involved parties to obtain signatures, approvals, and outstanding documentation.

• Assist with title insurance documentation and help ensure closing files reflect accurate property and ownership information.

• Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions in a paralegal or closely related legal support capacity.

• Working knowledge of closing documentation, file preparation, and transaction coordination.

• Familiarity with title insurance materials and the ability to review title-related documents accurately.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple matters and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail when managing legal and financial documents.
