In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our dental practice runs smoothly while providing exceptional care to our patients in Redlands, CA. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the back office team to ensure efficient operations. Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation. Train and mentor new dental assistants on best practices and protocols. Coordinate patient scheduling and manage workflow in the office. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and procedures. Assist in inventory management and ordering of dental supplies. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental assistant role/lead assiting experience Current registered dental assisting license RDA and CPR certification. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in dental software and electronic health records. Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
