This Practice Manager role offers the opportunity to strengthen that foundation across both the administrative and financial sides of the practice.

The position sits at the intersection of people, operations, and revenue, leading the front desk and billing functions while bringing greater visibility and discipline to workflows, reimbursement, and financial performance. There is meaningful opportunity to examine how the practice operates today, identify where processes can work better, and build systems that support both the patient experience and the organization's broader goals.

This is a role for someone who understands that practice management is about more than keeping the day moving. It is about knowing how the numbers tell a story, when a process is creating friction, and when a team needs clearer direction, and then doing something about it.

You bring structure and you understand that better operations create a better experience for both the people providing care and the people receiving it.

• The role manages both front desk and billing operations , connecting the patient experience with the financial health of the practice.
• Revenue cycle responsibilities span insurance verification, authorizations, claims, denials, accounts receivable, and reimbursement .
• The practice serves within a healthcare environment where Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, HIPAA, and payer requirements are important to day-to-day operations.
• The Practice Manager works closely with providers, executive leadership, finance, IT, billing, and clinic staff , making collaboration across functions an important part of the role.
• There is an opportunity to bring greater consistency and efficiency to workflows, policies, reporting, and operational performance .
