Type: Contract with possibility of going full-time Work Location: Remote or hybrid Compensation: $100 per hour Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence Prepare all necessary legal documents for client matters Represent clients in court, including arguing motions Analyze cases and develop effective strategies to meet client goals Collaborate with senior attorneys and administrative staff on client meetings, billing, and project completion Qualifications: Active California Bar License in good standing Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong research, writing, and communication skills Proficiency with modern legal technology About Company We are a boutique law firm in Orange County, California, established in 2010, that has grown over 400% since 2019!
