Job Description The Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant will support the Physical Therapist in delivering high‑quality care and treatment to patients. Responsibilities include implementing treatment goals and programs, assisting with therapeutic interventions, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Responsibilities Assist the Physical Therapist in executing treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strengthening exercises, and pain relief techniques. Train patients in locomotion using assistive devices. Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary. Document patient progress and education provided to patients and families. Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment. Participate in team conferences and special projects aimed at improving patient care. Comply with safety and infection‑control guidelines. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. CAPTE Certification. Minimum of 6 months of outpatient clinical experience. CPR Certification.
