Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 base + bonus (Total OTE $60,000–$65,000) Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)

We’re on a mission to help people unlock their full potential — and we’re looking for a Studio Manager to lead our studio team, drive business growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily operations by overseeing all aspects of studio performance, staff management, and member satisfaction.

Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Coaches to exceed studio goals.

Drive membership sales by managing lead follow-up, building strong client relationships, and maximizing studio utilization.

Create a strong, positive studio culture focused on customer service, teamwork, and personal growth.

Execute local marketing initiatives and organize in-studio and community events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Monitor and manage KPIs including revenue, retention, sales conversions, and client satisfaction metrics.

Maintain operational excellence by ensuring the studio is clean, safe, fully stocked, and compliant with brand standards.

Serve as the face of BODY20® within the community, building partnerships and representing the brand with energy and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in fitness sales or studio management (Boutique Fitness preferred)

Track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals

Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and community-driven
