Building Maintenance Technician

Role Description We're hiring a full-time, on-site Building Maintenance Technician to keep our properties running smoothly and looking their best. You'll handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs across our portfolio (carpentry, plumbing, general upkeep) and respond to tenant service requests with professionalism and a sense of ownership. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance, preventive upkeep, and repairs across our commercial office buildings Complete carpentry, plumbing , and HVAC repairs to a high standard Respond promptly and courteously to tenant maintenance requests Identify and flag issues before they become problems Keep common areas, building systems, and grounds functioning and presentable What We're Looking For Hands-on experience in building maintenance or a related trade Proficiency in carpentry and plumbing repairs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Self-starter who can prioritize and work with minimal supervision Clear, courteous communication with tenants and colleagues Ability to perform the physical demands of the role (lifting, standing, climbing ladders), with or without reasonable accommodation #J-18808-Ljbffr
