Senior Accountant

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Exciting global security software company is expanding its accounting department and is seeking a strong Sr. Accountant to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general ledger, intercompany entries
- Preparation of month end close
- Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements
- Monthly and quarterly research, track, and document GAAP compliance for revenue related items such as ASC 606
- Post journal entries, review general ledger accounts, and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Support accounts payable and assisting with audits
- Prepare and review monthly/ quarterly/yearly fluctuation analysis over income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
- Research technical accounting issues and draft accounting position memos as necessary
- Assist with M&A transactions
Requirements:
- Senior Accountant with 4-5 years of accounting experience
- CPA, public/private experience
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 842
- Experience in Tech/SaaS
- NetSuite or Intacct experience preferred
