What We Offer Competitive Compensation Daily Pay Robust health and voluntary benefit options Dependable, full-time schedule Paid vacations and holidays Exceptional training and advancement opportunities What You'll Do Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements Inspect equipment and building systems for safe, proper function Handle incoming and outgoing freight and run errands as needed Move furniture and equipment around the building Assist with resident evacuation during emergencies Work alongside other departments to keep the building running What You Need High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Available for full-time days, a weekend on-call rotation, and rotating holidays Alert, detail-oriented, and able to make sound decisions on your own Able to work well with residents, families, staff, and vendors Maintenance or trade experience welcome, but we'll train the right person Physical Requirements Sit, stand, bend, stoop, walk, and reach throughout the shift Lift, push, pull, and move heavy furniture and equipment Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
