Job Title: Social Media Content Creation Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 35 hours/week

Summary

We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging TikTok and Instagram content for our pizza brands.

The ideal candidate is confident both on-camera and behind the scenes, with experience creating short-form videos, graphic content, and social campaigns that connect with Gen Z and millennial audiences. Candidates should include relevant sample work in their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging video and static content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Identify social trends and content opportunities through social listening.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and brand voice.
• Write compelling captions and assist with paid social content adaptation.
• Track content performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Appear on-camera when needed to create authentic and engaging content.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in social media and content creation.
• Strong skills in TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and video editing.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social trends and digital culture.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Passion for food and comfort preparing food-related content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social listening and publishing tools.
• Experience creating paid social content.
• Food styling experience is a plus.

Note: Travel may be required once per quarter.
